GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALES
The booking is validated by a 30% deposit to be paid with credit card (Visa, Master Card) or bank transfer. The balance must be paid in credit card or cash on arrival.
The expenses during the stay (consumptions, bicycle rentals, local craft) are to be paid on check out.
American Express cards are not accepted.
In case of cancellation up to 5 days from arrival, the deposit is lost. In case of cancellation within 5 days of arrival, in case of no presentation or interruption of the stay, the entire stay is due.
The day of your arrival, we welcome you between 17:00 and 19:30. However, by notifying us in advance, you are able to drop off your luggage before 13:00. Outside of these hours, we are likely to be absent and the entrance gate is closed.

In high season we prefer rentals of 2 nights minimum in the guest rooms and one week in the cottages and other accomadations.
All the accomodations must be vacated no later than 11am.
Domaine de Rhodes is not wheelchair accessible. The rooms are on the 1st and 2d floor and are served by staircases. However the Ventoux mazet is equipped for the reception of wheelchairs (non-
autonomous).
An extra bed or cot per room is available upon request at the time of booking.
A supplement is applied for a 3rd person (from 2 years old).
The indoor common areas, bedrooms, mazets, apartment, studio and caravan are non-smoking.
We are sorry but we can’t accept pets.
The pool is open from May 1 to October 1. It is not heated or supervised.
